Setup
The first round will begin with “double 9”, the other round with “double 8”, and it will continue till “double 0”.
When players draw the dominos, the starting double domino is placed at the side. Depending on the number of players, the following dominoes are drawn:-
- 20 dominos each – 2 players
- 14 dominos each – 3 players
- 10 dominos each – 4 players
- 8 dominos each – 5 players
- 7 dominos each – 6 players
In order to create a chicken yard, extra dominoes are placed aside.
Objective
You have to maintain a low score in order to win this game. The round will end when all the dominoes have been played in the middle. The scoring will be based on the total value of unplayed dominoes after each round ends.
Game Play
This game is played by matching together all dominoes with the same rank. When one domino gets matched with the middle double domino number, it marks the beginning of the game. This game is played clockwise.
One domino is lured from the yard if any player cannot play. But if that lured domino can be played, then you can play it. Six matches are required to make a double chicken foot.
Scoring
Every player gets their scores based on his unplayed dominos at the end of every round. Playing having the lowest score will be the winner.
Rules
- The player’s turn will be missed if he doesn’t play even when the yard is empty.
- If double 0 is left with you at the end, you will be given 50 points.
